The Sheriff's Office is currently participating in the SCHOOL BUS SAFETY ENFORCEMENT PROGRAM

The Cecil County Sheriff's Office has received a grant to fund overtime
efforts to enforce School Bus Red Light Laws. The Sheriff's Office
has deputies follow school buses in all areas of the county to ensure that
motorists are not passing school busses while they are loading or
unloading students. This grant was provided through the Department
of State Police.
